The Essentials Email Archive is the easiest and most secure way to ensure compliance and archive business emails. It automatically preserves all emails and attachments, securely stores email content, and enables admins to quickly and efficiently search archived email messages.
Essentials Email Archive supports Exchange 2010, 2013, 2016, and Office 365. Data is managed until it is disposed of according to your retention settings. Essentials encrypts archived at-rest data using your unique encryption keys.
All email content and attachments are automatically archived. Customer data is stored securely - with no storage limits - to meet legal and regulatry requirements. Archived data includes the original email, attachments, sender, recipients, and group memberships.
Flexible retention policies are supported with legal hold of up to 10 years. By default the retention policy is set to one year. Admins can manage connections, edit permssissions, edit retention policies, and enable/disable a legal hold.
